I spent my early career in the United States Navy. The Navy is where I learned that small details matter, that promises get kept, and that the people you serve come first. When I transitioned out of military life and into Arizona real estate, I didn't leave that mindset behind — I built my practice around it.

From Navy service to a REALTOR® career

I chose real estate because it's a profession where preparation, communication, and integrity directly decide whether a family's biggest financial decision goes well. Seven-plus years in, with eXp Realty and a Arizona Real Estate License #SA687042000, I've built a reputation in two distinct Northwest Valley markets: the established 55+ community of Sun City West and the premium, fast-growing North Peoria 85383 zip code.

How I work

My process is intentionally unflashy. With buyers, I gather every detail up front — must-haves, deal-breakers, lifestyle priorities, budget realities — so the homes we actually tour are homes worth seeing. With sellers, I price honestly to the market in front of us, not the price you wish for, and I market aggressively through eXp's network, professional photography, and full MLS + portal syndication. On both sides, you'll hear from me consistently. No surprises.

I've chosen to go deep instead of wide. I focus on:

• Vistancia, Trilogy at Vistancia, and Blackstone at Vistancia — the master-planned heart of 85383.
• West Wing Mountain — view-lot and luxury enclaves at the base of Sunrise Mountain.
• The greater Northwest Valley of Phoenix, including Peoria, surprise, and the Loop 303 corridor near Luke Air Force Base.
